Deposit & Reservation Policy Thank you for your interest in one of our precious dachshund puppies! We are so excited to help you find your newest furry family member. Please take a moment to read our reservation and deposit policy before placing a deposit. Reserving Your Puppy A deposit is required to reserve a puppy. Puppies are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis once a deposit has been received. Deposits go toward the total purchase price of your puppy. A puppy is not considered reserved until the deposit has been received and confirmed. We reserve the right to choose the best placement for each puppy to ensure a loving and suitable home. Deposits All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable to another available puppy or future litter at our discretion. If something unexpected happens on our end that prevents us from providing your reserved puppy, your deposit will be refunded or transferred, depending on your preference. Remaining Balance The remaining balance must be paid in full before your puppy leaves our care. We will communicate with you regarding pickup or delivery arrangements ahead of time. Puppies will not be released until payment has been completed. Puppy Pickup Puppies will not go to their new homes until they are at least 8 weeks old and ready to leave. We want every puppy to have the proper time with mom and littermates before beginning their new adventure. Please communicate with us if you need to make special pickup arrangements. Communication & Updates We love sharing pictures, videos, and updates as your little one grows! We want you to feel included in your puppy's journey and be just as excited as we are. A Final Note ❤️ When you place a deposit with us, you are reserving a very special little life. We put so much love, time, and care into each puppy, and we truly appreciate the trust you place in our family.
